carbubly does not own, operate, manage, control, or supervise the car wash businesses listed on the Platform.
All services purchased through carbubly are provided solely by the participating third-party vendor. carbubly acts only as a facilitator of promotional offers, deal distribution, and payment processing.

Users may access the Platform using supported authentication services such as Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other login providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
carbubly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
carbubly displays promotional deals offered by independent car wash providers.
When purchasing a deal through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
All deals may include specific terms such as expiration dates, vehicle size restrictions, redemption limitations, or scheduling requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing deal details before purchase.
After purchasing a deal, customers may receive a QR code, redemption code, or confirmation code for use at the participating car wash location.
The customer is responsible for presenting the redemption code at the time of service.
Failure to follow redemption instructions may result in inability to redeem the deal.
All services offered on carbubly are performed by independent third-party vendors.
carbubly does not:
Customers acknowledge that the vendor is solely responsible for the delivery and performance of services.
If a customer experiences an issue related to a service, the customer agrees to first contact the participating car wash provider directly so that the provider may attempt to resolve the issue.
carbubly may assist with communication between the customer and vendor but does not assume responsibility for resolving vendor service disputes.
Unless otherwise stated in the deal terms:
carbubly reserves the right to deny refund requests where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Refund policies may vary depending on the specific deal and vendor conditions.
carbubly reserves the right to cancel purchases, suspend accounts, or deny access to the Platform if fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or misuse of promotional offers is detected.
Users engaging in abuse of promotions or repeated refund claims may have their accounts restricted or terminated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, carbubly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use carbubly intellectual property without written permission.

Updated terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
