All purchases made through carbubly are final and non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the deal details, pricing, and terms before completing a purchase.
By completing a purchase through carbubly, customers acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued after purchase.

Deals purchased through carbubly do not expire as long as the participating car wash provider remains active on the carbubly platform.
If a vendor is no longer active on carbubly, any unused deal will be converted into carbubly account credit equal to the value of the unused purchase.
This credit may be applied toward any other available car wash on the carbubly platform.

All services offered through carbubly are provided by independent third-party car wash providers.
carbubly does not own, operate, or control the car wash businesses listed on the platform and is not responsible for the services provided by those vendors.
Customers agree to contact the participating car wash provider directly for service-related concerns.

By completing a purchase on carbubly, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund & Payment Dispute Policy, including the policy that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their payment provider for purchases that comply with these terms.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed in violation of these terms, carbubly reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the customer account
• Cancel active deals or account credits
• Restrict future access to the carbubly platform
• Dispute the chargeback with the payment processor using purchase records and acceptance of these terms

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions.
